He spent 20-30 minutes repeatedly applying heat to one small section of my hair to the point where my scalp and hair started to burn. This felt excessive, unnecessary for my hair type, and honestly concerning. The overall technique felt unprofessional. I ended up stopping the service myself because I couldn't tolerate it anymore. I'm very disappointed considering how much I paid. It should not take that long to style hair, the rest of my hair was practically dry and he was still continuing to comb the same piece of hair over and over again.
