After that, Dr. Carmen said that my anxiety was annoying him, and that it was my fault that I was not sedated-- despite me following the procedure given to me at the pharmacy. So yeah, it could've gone better. I called later that afternoon to apologize. Everyone else who works there is truly a gem. Everyone there, except for Dr. Carmen, was understanding of my condition and was patient with me. This place could be a great place to have work done. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught Dr. Carmen on a bad day. Maybe give this place a chance. Although, if you suffer from mental illness, I would strongly encourage you to specifically ask for Dr. Weigel, or anyone who isn't Dr. Carmen.

Was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Whittaker is exceptional in her field. She spent so much time going over everything and explaining things in detail. My exam was above and beyond any other I had received from my previous dentist. Office is immaculate, very comfortable. Parking is good and location is great. Prices are also extremely reasonable. It indicated i have a screw my jaw or sinus area. Odd how I have had several X-rays in that area and never such a bogus read. It makes me question their ability to diagnose a problem. They even indicated it was to dumb to know I had never had any such item. As I was leaving I heard one say I had some facial surgery and that is where the screw came from. Fix your xray machine. There is no screw!

Never mind that the fact I was seeing him was for an irreparably inflamed tooth due to replacement of veneers. In addition his office is sadistic with their frozen wand that I think would get any person to confess to any crime regardless of guilt. During the procedure they tell you to take a prescribed medication just in case. I asked for the medication and was told no, I didn't need it. Beyond insane dental office. I would much prefer to travel to a reputable office and stay in another town than deal with this office ever again.

I got veneers years ago because of an enamel issue caused by Invisalign and a previous dental tooth whitening combined. Unusual yes. But not a vanity issue. This office's use of a frozen wand to identify teeth sensitivity should be qualified as a torture device. No pain medicine given. No warning about pain. Then the actual root canal. I was told to take two pain/anxiety relief medications and bring one for the procedure. I asked for the extra medication during the procedure and was told, "I don't think you need it." My referring dentist will be told in full about this office. Horrible experience overall.

He made me cry and called the cops on me for crying in his office. This was one of the worst days of my life. My tooth is still broken, and my root is still infected. But I am so traumatized that I would rather deal with the pain than try to fix my tooth. Dr. Carman and the rest of that office set me back years. They belittled me. I can't begin to describe how awful they made me feel. Dr. Carman is an awful, awful human being. I'm forever affected, for the worse, by what he did and said to me.

I have been a patient since around 2011. I recently needed to see them ASAP for a front tooth crown…read morethat managed to come off while eating a carrot (I think). Anyway I was able to be seen within the hour. Dr. Seaver was able to save the day with a new post put in and using the same crown, was able to restore my smile. When it's a front tooth it is an emergency to me. They are all wonderful people that work here and reasonably priced too.
