I had the proof of the pay off and they would not work with me. I went to see Daniel Walter and he worked with the creditors and cleared the balance. As it turned out I had over paid and was given a refund. He was able to do all of this without either of us having to go to court. Daniel Walter's fees were very reasonable and I was given money back from my initial retainer. I was so confidant with him and his staff I hired him to handle my family law matter.
