I was working in the area one time and I parked somewhere that I always would park in my car but this day specifically I was driving my older brother's vehicle. My vehicle was currently at the dealership being worked on. These guys decided to tow my older brother's car and when I realized after work, these guys have taken my car and they gave me a bullshit excuse on why they took it. I sat at work for three hours waiting for them to release my vehicle. They charged me around 300 to 400$ When I asked them to give me an explanation, why they told the car the owner looked at me and told me that he's been giving me warnings the past couple days not to park there but that's a complete lie because I never got any warning and I wasn't in my vehicle, I was my older brother's car so that then in there, I saw that they were lying and trying to make money off of me. They were scouting me from a corner and saw that I was a young guy, and they took advantage of it. So please be careful with these guys. These guys are complete liars and manipulators. I've been trying to sue them for the past 23 years because I do not believe these type of people deserve power whatsoever. They are using their towing services to take advantage of people and they try to make as much money off of you as they can. The only good person in there is a female, but she can't say much or help you because she depends on that job. Again, I am not a bot like the bots that they have in their reviews. These are all close friends of theirs and Bause that have given that place a good review in order for the company to keep running. They're gonna try to keep me quiet by reading this post and saying it's all a lie, but I have proof of anyone wants to see Like I said I've been trying to sue these people for a while now I am coming after them. they think they could just mess with anyone and we'll get away with it and that is not true. He is knowledgeable, has a keen attention to detail and is also courteous. At the end of the day (literally in my case), car trouble isn't just inconvenient and costly, it can be unsafe and a worrisome experience for us ladies if we break down somewhere. Well, I'm very happy that someone I know referred Last Towing to us on Monday of this week as we were stuck when my car unexpectedly shut off. I called the number and a very kind and professional woman answered (tow truck driver's wife, Maria) she was super helpful and took my information. In 20 minutes, Humberto, truck driver and owner, showed up. Took my car to the mechanic of my choice and only charged me $75 flat fee! As you know if you have ever needed a tow, it is usually $100 and up depending on distance. Not only that, but Humberto was great. Incredible Customer service skills. The mechanic I took my car to could not gix my problem, so I again called Last Towing to be at the mechanic at 8:30 am the next day and transfer my car to the dealer, which was far. Again the flat fee was inly $75. He was on time, and courtious. I had to let everyone know that if you ever need a tow truck, this is your best option! I will definitely use them again.
