I waited for about a week and since I did not hear back I called. 2nd call goes right to voicemail so I leave a message asking if they can take a look at my pictures and let me know if it's something they can repair. Almost 3 weeks after my first contact I have still not received a return e-mail or a return call. I found someone else who did the repair and was more responsive. It was not a huge leather repair job so maybe it was not worth their time. A quick call to say so would have been nice.
