I recently worked with Cory and Shay on my new build out in Sisters, contracting them to put in a…read moreseptic system as well as trenching to get water from the mainline to the property. They were great at the beginning, flagging everything, providing estimates, and submitting for permits in a timely manner. However, once permits were received, it was very difficult to get them out to the property to complete the job. They repeatedly told me that they would come out a certain day and then wouldn't show up, left the site a mess and held up the build since they took 5+ months to get the water hooked up. After months of fighting with them to complete a simple project, I decided to have another contractor do the site cleanup and test pit fill from the septic and was told by Shay that would be fine, she would just bill me for what has been completed and that it wasn't worth her time to travel to Sisters from La Pine anyway. All in all, I would not recommend this company moving forward and it was a very frustrating experience.

Made multiple promises to resolve the issue and never did. No sense of personal responsibility or accountability.
