Had to be there somewhat early to drink barium...but only 45 minutes before "table time." So in reality, they should have said to be here at 12:45...not noon. I never went there but a week ago I got a bill for a service. Appears the person had State Farm insurance but I don't. However the person who total my car and hurt me did and they billed me for an X-ray in 2019 never paid by State Farm insurance. I was not at fault in accident and they never collected their total payment. Referred them back to State Farm. I have 2 good insurances and only time I ever receive a bill if something connected to anmed billing somehow. Suggest ed when I spoke to Anderson radiology they go to State Farm and anmed has billing address. Get it fixed!!! Copy to credit bureaus , anmed, State Farm. read more

The staff here is fantastic and the wait time was almost non existent. My MRI technician was absolutely wonderful.

These people are very incompetent as far as billing, they try to say Medicare is lieing regarding their coding. None of them have a clue as to what they code. I've had no other problems with other radiology places everything has been perfect. If I ever have surgery again I will definitely request not to use these incompetent people. As far as I'm concerned they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!! This was diagnostic radiology of Anderson, plus the nitwits turned it over to a collection agency after only 1 month and I had even received a bill. I have never seen such incompetence in a place in my life. Dr. Finch needs to find a better billing place. read more

My doctor made a mistake to send me here to begin with from an hour and a half away when I could have done it locally, thank they were the only people doing this test for all of Hendersonville and Asheville. That has been corrected and no one else will be sent here. Either way The technician was professional enough, but not the most friendly. As a person in the medical field, I asked for the courtesy to glance at my scans and asked to see them myself. This is the first time I've ever been blown off because "other patient information is in there. ". Of course you can load up one only patient set of information and let them have a glance. I was quickly escorted out of there, not very friendly either. The records were promised to be faxed by the next day. They gave me a time and date that the records were faxed. I called Anderson radiology back who said they would happily fax this a second time , I called my doctor again, and still nothing ,My doctors office manager informed me that they had received many faxes including another one for me on Friday but nothing from Andersen radiology. I don't know how I'm going to get these records and I don't understand why I paid $140 when I could've done this for 80 other places closer , but my doctor's office has certainly been informed not to send anyone else here. I left a message asking for them to fax me back at my personal fax number, which they will probably not do. Their records voicemail includes a separate number for attorneys who are calling to get records, which I'm assuming is indicative of the fact that they act this way with all their patients often. Either way truly a bad apple of a business. Apparently I've got to pay $30 and drive three hours round-trip and wait a week to hear my results. It's amazing how a dishonest business hurts morale. Just tell the truth take responsibility. I highly recommend to stay away from this business. read more

Great radiologist....HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE business practices. Have been trying for close to 9 months to Anderson Radiology to file my wife's MRI with the insurance company. They refuse to respond to our calls or letters when trying provide accurate insurance information. The response...send the invoice to collections. My wife has family history of breast cancer and her OB asked her to get an updated mammogram. Given my wife's family history, they strongly advised her to get an MRI to check abnormalities. We did so yet they would not work with us to file with insurance company. BUYER BEWARE! read more
