SOMETHING DIFFERENT!…read more Leilani's is a nursery that offers plants, produce and landscaping services. They had some of the most unique plants I have seen and not likely to see at Lowe's, Home Depot or Pikes. One such plant was the stone crop "Lemon Ball" which is has great texture and would make a great ground cover for open areas. It tends to be a bit aggressive so you don't want it close to beds or contained areas. When looking at a plant that hasn't bloomed yet, make sure that you know what the plant looks like when it blooms because you may no longer like it. I loved the Abelia Grandiflora until I saw a picture of it in bloom and realized I did not like the blooms, just the leaves. Next! I would love to visit this nursery and see some of their vegetable plants. I love Swiss Chard and it is not always easy to find fresh options in the grocery store so I am interested in growing some myself to see how they might turn out. . When buying plants, it is always important to read the little planter stick so that you will know the specific characteristics of the plant to determine if it is appropriate for your garden. Sometimes, I am still unsure so I take a photo of the plant and tag, do the research and make sure that it is exactly what I want. This will save you time and frustration. This nursery is now conveniently located on Highway 53 in Dawsonville.

Incredibly saddened and disappointed by our experience today at Full Bloom. A group of us have…read morebeen going there for YEARS. We loved the selection of plants and often spent quite a bit of money there. But...That will never happen again. Today we drove quite a ways just to make our annual trip to Full Bloom. Prior to leaving, we checked their website for hours and policies. Of specific interest was the pet policy as a member of our group has a registered service dog. Full Bloom's website states that they allow service animals who have proper documentation. (See below) When we arrived at the nursery, we were greeted by one of the owners who told us no pets were allowed. Our service dog was wearing a harness with "service dog" on it and we had documentation. The owner told us that didn't matter and no matter what we said or offered, he refused to allow us in. When we told him about his pet policy on his website, he said, "Well...I guess we'll have to fix that." So much for what the ADA says! Will never go back. If you have a service dog, beware....

They advertise up to 25% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price, but that's the catch. Most big box and tool stores hardly ever sell at full retail anyway. After looking around, I found that even with their advertised discount, the prices here were still higher than what I would normally pay elsewhere. Lower the prices, because I check and compare

I called to inquire, because my email confirmation said they would be delivered. I was told that sometimes the online orders don't come through in time and I needed to call to place an order. She goes on to say that she didn't know what the arrangement I ordered looks like and they don't have everything in their store that's on their website. She had horrible customer service and kept saying that it wasn't their fault. Then when they finally delivered the flowers, they gave both arrangements to my mom and charged my credit card twice. I will never be using them again.
