My daughter and I had entrusted our vehicles to Certified Automotive in Monett for a number of…read moreyears with no problems. 2025 found my vehicle ending up having to have engine replaced or get another vehicle due to 3rd cylinder having problems with pressure according to Certified Automotive Travis Abramovitz. That was after concerns over vehicle messages were glossed over and not fixed. When I discovered a hose needed replaced and called to see about getting the part replaced, man on phone answered me like women don't know anything about vehicles and they'd have to look it over first. While having the part replaced, I asked if another part should be replaced as well since they tied together. I was ignored. I took my vehicle to two other places for opinions. Both said the same and the last informed me the part that had been replaced was broke in back and there was gunk. Nobody had said a thing about gunk. Last year I noticed when I went in with my daughter to have her vehicle worked on that she was being treated different as well. When Travis Abramovitz was working on getting her info, he called my name like I was someone he didn't want to deal with. It took a number of tries before Certified Automotive finally got a matter fixed early this year and my daughter was so happy. That happiness turned to sorrow when my daughter took her vehicle in for the last time for the oil gasket and oil drain pan cover to be replaced that Certified Automotive said needed replaced. Shortly after the replacement work, her vehicle went down as well. I went in with her when she told Mr. Abramovitz what happened to her vehicle. He belittled her and gave a totally inaccurate reason for the problem. After Certified Automotive looked her vehicle over, they said the 2nd and 3rd cylinders had oil in them. She faced having to replace engine or get another vehicle. When people were told what happened to my daughters' vehicle, the answer was the same--If the work had been done correctly, her vehicle would not have gone down. My son was with my daughter when her vehicle went down. He gave Certified Automotive a rating. When my daughter went in with her father to find out what happened to her vehicle and to clean it out, Mr. Abramovitz glossed over the incident and then had the audacity to tell my daughter to tell my son to remove his rating or give it a 3 star. Under duress, my son removed his rating. When my son found somebody inquiring about auto places, he warned them where not to go and why. Mr. Abramovitz went after him again and wanting him to shut up about his place. My son endured his mother and sister having their trust in Certified Automotive and losing it after we both lost our vehicles within a years' time. Yes, we will warn people. It is called freedom of speech Mr. Abramovitz. Makes one wonder. Were the incidents from Certified Automotive intentional or accidental? Does Mr. Travis Abramovitz have something against females, males, military, or civilian? Mr. Abramovitz has attacked all 4 in one family. My rating? The lowest possible. Loss of vehicles, loss of trust, and being belittled and threatened by Mr. Travis Abramovitz? Haven't even begun to put a price it.
