I've never had my car detailed but it truly NEEDED it after this summer! Gregg Young did an EXCELLENT job--I was honestly shocked at the difference, especially with how much clearer my windshield and windows are. I really couldn't tell how bad it had gotten until they cleaned them!! All in all it took a few hours out of my day, and they provided a brand new loaner for me to use in the meantime. I came in at 1 o'clock, and left at 2:06. They have a nice waiting area, with a TV playing, a couch, and a couple other chairs. They also offered me drinks and snacks from a small fridge inside while I wait. They seem to stay pretty busy-- there were employees coming in and out with different cars throughout the area I was there. The customer service was great, and fast. Overall charge for an oil change was about $70, and they did recommend two other changes for my vehicle based on wear and tear (instructing me to call back if I would like to proceed with these, since they would need to order additional parts). I just moved to town, and many of my connections go here. It was great experience, and I plan to come back anytime I need an oil change!
