Shout out to Gregg Young for an AMAZING detailing experience!…read more I brought my car in last week DIRTY after basically living in it the last 4 months with driving to/from Columbus, as I just moved here from Omaha. I've never had my car detailed but it truly NEEDED it after this summer! Gregg Young did an EXCELLENT job--I was honestly shocked at the difference, especially with how much clearer my windshield and windows are. I really couldn't tell how bad it had gotten until they cleaned them!! All in all it took a few hours out of my day, and they provided a brand new loaner for me to use in the meantime. Highly recommend going in if your car needs it as badly (or half as badly) as mine did!!

He was knowledgeable, well spoken, incredibly polite and an absolute gentleman. The dealership is so fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. The charger worked exceptionally well and was easy to use, once the employee helped me.

This is my first time coming here and it was a good experience…read more I called a couple weeks in advance, and they had an appointment available over the lunch hour two weeks later. I came in at 1 o'clock, and left at 2:06. They have a nice waiting area, with a TV playing, a couch, and a couple other chairs. They also offered me drinks and snacks from a small fridge inside while I wait. They seem to stay pretty busy-- there were employees coming in and out with different cars throughout the area I was there. The customer service was great, and fast. Overall charge for an oil change was about $70, and they did recommend two other changes for my vehicle based on wear and tear (instructing me to call back if I would like to proceed with these, since they would need to order additional parts). I just moved to town, and many of my connections go here. It was great experience, and I plan to come back anytime I need an oil change!
