I have been with Anderson Audiology for over 35 years. I don't know how many hearing aids we have had together, but it was a lot. I have always enjoyed my time with David, Lon and their staff. Now it has gone corporate and I feel like I am a piece of cattle. I used to be able to walk in whenever I wanted to get my batteries. Now it is a one hour window and I have to sit and wait while they examine my hearing aids. They used to give me four packages of batteries at a time now it is three. Not only that, three times the worker at the desk said that I need to get some new hearing aids. Why? mine are working fine. I have insurance that will pay $2000 on the aids but guess what? If I have insurance, the price goes up! Who does that? I have eyeglass insurance, they don't raise the price of the glasses. I guess when the time comes I will shopping somewhere else. read more

Very friendly staff. Spacious office with seats socially distanced in the lobby. These office does have walk-ins daily from 1:15pm-2:15pm. I usually go to the Decatur location but they couldn't get me an appointment today since they don't take walk-ins. Thankfully, this office had an available appointment and was able to get me in the same day. I was able to get the adjustments needed. Thank you for assisting me today as this is a holiday weekend and the office won't reopen until Tuesday. I recommend Anderson Audiology for tour hearing needs. They do have multiple office locations, so you can choose an office near you. read more

Fast, as in a 15 minute exam and immediately tried to sell hearing aides to me. First visit, like first visit anywhere for hearing issues, and in 15 minutes they are talking about selling me a hearing aide? Not very reassuring! read more

My ENT refered me to a audiologist and I had such a hard time finding a office with appointments. Most places were booked out for months or didn't take my insurance. I called this office and I think I spoke with Valerie who help to book the appointment. She was amazing and she was able to check the availability at other offices to see who had the first available appointment. I was able to get an appointment booked for 2 weeks out. When I arrive at the office I filled out a small amount of paperwork and about 5 minutes later I was called into the office. Dr. Megan Masterson was amazing. She did the hearing test which only took about 20 minutes and she explain the report, she was very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this office. read more

After 10 years of good service here I will never return after the service i received today. After having hearing aids ordered for me, with no discussion, they came and were NOT android Bluetooth compatible. After pointing this out and having to wait another few week to get the right ones. I returned for my followup appointment. seeing the woman that had miss ordering the first time , I informed her and was treated rudely. all I needed was an apology, but instead she asked me to leave her office?! She tok ZERO responsibilty for her error, so unprofessional. I will NEVER return and will tell all my friends . She needed a class in customer relation at the very least . My 80 year old dad with dementia along with a caregiver were 10 minutes late and were refused care. I would understand if he was 30 minutes or more late, but to refuse him for 10 minutes is unacceptable. They had to drive all the way from sunrise mountain and all the way back for nothing. VA referred me to this clinic. Initially, received very good service and information. However, since then, there was an incident which leads me to question their communication skills. I was told by a technician that I that an appointments was not necessary for followup cleanings and adjustments and was there when they accepted a Walk-in. One day, when I was in the neighborhood, I decided to drop in for a cleaning. The Receptionist checked with an older employee to see if it was okay, but said no. The Receptionist told me I needed to make an appointment. They did not appear to be busy, and they did not give me the option to wait. The Receptionist was pleasant, but they just basically wasted my time. read more

I needed a hearing test to qualify for a job. Robin the receptionist took my initial call. A business relationship can go sour in a heartbeat if that first contact isn't encouraging. Robin was so confident and reassuring over the phone that I didn't hesitate to make an appointment. I had a pleasant consultation with Anderson the dad. Anderson the son gave me my test. Didn't even make it in since the office waited until 2 hours before my appointment to call and say they needed to cancel it. I explained that I had already taken a day off work just for this appointment. The person who I was speaking with didn't seem to care then lied by saying she left me a voicemail two days earlier to let me know about a $150 additional office visit fee that my insurance didn't cover, which is completely false. Never received any voicemails from their office. Wasted a PTO day from work for nothing. Very bad and dishonest customer service and staff. read more

I had a referral from my ENT doctor to come here to be fitted for hearing aids. From the front desk staff to Dr. Megan I had great customer service. They explained everything to me and my appointment was quick for the fitting and then again when I picked them up two weeks later. I opted for two weeks as I had a tube put in my ear and wanted to make sure that my ear was not sensitive. I have a follow up in 3 weeks. And oh what a difference it makes. High quality hearing aids. I have never been to any other similar office before and Im glad that I went to this one first. This is going to be a bit long. Early this year I had trouble with my insurance following up with me and waited almost three months to be referred to a preferred provider. I switched from a PPO to an HMO plan in the middle of the process of getting my device thinking it wouldn't be as bad since I had two insurances. But of course I faced the consequences. One day I finally got tired of waiting and school semester was about to start and felt that I needed to do something. So I picked up my phone to call around to see if any audiology clinic can help me out. This place was the first place I called and never had to call another. There were two gals that helped me out. One of the staff told me she was new and I can't recall the other staff's name. They both took their time to listen to what I was going through and said they believed that they can help me out. They took my information and told me they will talk to their supervisor and check with my insurance and call me back as soon as they hear something. Everything turned out great. I believe I got my device within a month. Dr. David is a really nice doctor. He always makes you feel comfortable at each visits. He is not like other doctors who you wait for for at least 50 minutes and only get to talk to for 3-6 minutes. He chats and laughs with you too. The other doctors are great as well. Other things I like are: Wait time is not bad at all. The longest I've waited was 35 minutes but didn't felt like it since they always acknowledge you as you wait in their waiting area. It's a nice gesture. I like how accurate they are when the doctors give you an estimate time frame e.g. how long itll take you take get your device or ear plugs ect. and will get back to you asap. I like that they remind you of your appointment as other offices does but never bombard your phone. I wish they were open on Saturdays. I work and go to school so it's hard to get around my schedule. There was a time that I thought of looking for another clinic that would be open on a Saturday BUT I wasn't sure if I'd really like to trade my experience here for a Saturday visit else where. I had received hearing aids from a different audiologist a few years ago and they never seemed to work right for me. My insurance referred me to Anderson Audiology and Julie did the test for me. She explained in much greater detail about my hearing problem and what I really needed to help me out. She was so helpful that I feel much more comfortable and confident to be outside now. When I needed adjustments is was so easy to get an appointment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They will do what it takes to make sure that your everything is excellent not just satisfactory. They one word that I have never heard anyone say is "NO". Other companies can learn a lot in how they deal with the public from this group. read more

My dad, Ed Hall, went to Anderson Audiology as he was having trouble with new hearing aids from a competitor. The competitor charged every time he went in and never got them adjusted right. The other doctor refused to do anything else for him without paying again. And hearing aids never worked properly. He found Dr. Gascay and she sent the same hearing aids back to manufacturer as they had a faulty microphone. Because these were still under warranty and there was no charge. Dr. Gascay fixed the problem. She was professional, diligent and kind. She worked hard with equipment to get speech where it should be and removed humming. He is very happy with this office and this doctor. Highly recommend this doctor to anyone. read more

My sister went to get her hearing checked and related to the Audiologist the trouble that I was having with my hearing aids that I purchased from another company. Dr. Megan Masterson told my sister to call and make an appointment because she is devoted to making sure patients have a good experience with their hearing aids. I went in and got with her and she tested my hearing aids and said they were defective (which is why I was having the trouble with them) and she sent them back to the manufacturer. When they came back, she called me in and set them up for me. All the issues that I was having with them are now gone and I can now wear them without getting stressed out. I can't thank Dr. Masterson enough for her help and dedication. It has made such a difference. The original doctor that I purchased from made me feel like it was all my fault that I was having problems. I will send everyone I know to see Dr. Masterson if they have any hearing issues. read more

The staff here at Anderson Audiology is so helpful and kind. I now have such higher expectations of other offices because the quality of care and staff isn't like anywhere else I've been. From the time that I called and made an appointment with the wonderful front office to my first visit, to getting my hearing aids, to now being a patient for over a year. I would NEVER go anywhere else for my audiological care. Dr. Brittany at the Henderson office made sure I was happy, understood my care and treatment, and test results. I called to make an appointment with Anderson Audiology and was helped by Nancy. She took all my information and scheduled a timely appointment. My GP also wanted me to have an ENG/Balance test done and Nancy explained that they did not perform that test but was able to provide me with a referral. As she already had all my information she offered to contact provider (that accepted my insurance) and set the appointment. It is really nice to work with someone who is professional, friendly & is willing to take time from a busy day to help. Highly recommend. read more

I've been bringing my 85 year old mother to Dr. Anderson for a few years now. Even though my mom lives in Chicago, every time she visits she asks to go see "Dr. Lan" because he helps her so much more than her doctor back in Chicago. He is wonderful with her and treats her so well. He fitted her with a much better hearing aid than she had previously, adjusts it, and always gives it a thorough cleaning.
