I am delighted with the entire experience - sales through installation. When my existing HVAC failed, I researched and determined that Carrier was my best brand option. I contacted Anderson Air, and Danny came out the same day to walk me through my options and generate a fair price. Since my current system was failing, Anderson expedited the installation, and a few days later, the team was at my front door. The lead technician, Hector, walked through the process with me and kept me informed during the installation. They were meticulous in protecting my floors, laying down protective covers. When done, everything was cleaned up perfectly. Hector explained the use of the Infinity system thermostat and ensured I could connect it to my Wi-Fi properly. He took me upstairs and explained where to access the drain system to keep it clear. The system is working perfectly! It is so much quieter than my old Rheem Prestige system. The Carrier System Control is effortless to use and has critical options I was missing with Rheem. If needed, I can set a heat/cool profile, apply it to each day with variations, and set the fan speed. The last was very important since I constantly wanted the air to move at a low speed for better A/C balance and filtration. With Rheem, the fan was only on when the system had to heat or cool. 5 stars are not enough for the excellent service I received today from Anderson Air!!!! The last 2 nights our heat pump froze over due to the extreme cold temps we are experiencing. I called Anderson's emergency number this morning and spoke with Jodi. Jodi was so kind, reassuring and understanding. She had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Kelly, the technician was beyond WONDERFUL! He explained why the frost was occurring and how to deal with it. He defrosted it for us at a minimal charge and informed us that our heat pump was still under warranty -- something the "other guys" had never told us!! Kelly gave me so much information and calmed my anxiety. I had given up on ever finding this kind of service in the HVAC industry. THANK YOU, KELLY AND JODI! Before we bought our house we used Anderson in our rental on 2 different units 2 summers in a row. We were given prompt service and an immediate solution to our problem which is huge in the summer! When we bought our house a few months ago we knew exactly who to call if we had a problem. Unfortunately we experienced our ac going out last week, and Anderson was at our house in less than an hour. They diagnosed the problem immediately and after getting the part ordered and fixed we were only without AC for less than 48 hours. I can't stress enough how important it is to get prompt service in the summer! And I still can't believe they made it to my house in less than an hour from the time we called them. Anderson Air replaced the heat pump in our old home. The new unit was up running within 24 hours of agreeing to terms. The installation was performed exactly how it was described to me. They were very professional and because they did such a great job, I've continued to use them at our new home, which has older units. One unit is a carrier system, which is the same age as the house. It'd had some less than stellar repairs done to it previously, so when it broke down again, the job was much worse than I would've anticipated. Nonetheless, AA was able to source the parts necessary and got the job done. I strongly recommend AA for any heating and/or air repairs/installations you might need. PS. Most people don't know much about HVAC beyond the fact "it isn't working". Most of us have experienced less than exceptional service from people we trusted to do good work at a fair price only to be disappointed with expensive reoccurring problems. These guys are fair, hard working and most importantly (to me) they are honest. They have service contracts on four buildings for me and I have recommended them to all of my friends. Anderson Air had great people do my service. I wish I'd the information and knowledge of their services before I had a $1,000 repair to my HVAC. I've since sold the home, but passed along the details of who I used. They offer a discount on large repairs needed while you have your service contract in place (or did). For a small amount of money each year, you get the peace of mind your HVAC is up to par. If something should go wrong, that savings could offset some or all of your service plan.
