I love Andersen farms so much. It's a beautiful place, with so many cute things to look at - flowers, produce, homemade desserts, crafts, they also have amazing ice cream with so many cool flavors and creations. I love the animals around the farm too. They recently added a coffee bar so I went this morning and got an iced oatmilk latte with sugar free salted caramel, and my boyfriend got an iced latte with vanilla cold foam. We both love our drinks and it was not overpriced at all! The vibe is just amazing and so homey. The staff is so calm and friendly. An underrated place for sure.

What a great farm filled with lovely people. The staff were very nice. The veggies, plants, fruits..... everything looked amazing. Didn't take a picture of everything we got, but all of it was amazing. We got scones, little tomatoes, honey sticks and syrup, and other great finds. Parking on premises. They accept card with a small processing fee. Highly recommend in supporting your local farms!

Ice Cream Sandwich (Mint Chip between Brownies)

Great people. Fresh produce. I went there when they were offering to make our own ice cream sandwich. I made mine with mint chip in between brownies. You could tell that they made the their ice cream from scratch. They even had their own small mini cafe. Will most likely go back there in the near future.

A very beautiful place to shop for plants , flowers and bushes. No one pushing or rushing you. You can take a cart and look around. They have many plants, not available at the big name stores. They have a petting zoo for the kids. Too hot, grab a lemonade drink or slushy or a specialty flavored ice cream.

We were driving back from the Poconos and saw a sign that said they had ice cream made on the farm. We immediately pulled over. We did a quick search and it seemed worth trying. They had a line full of people, usually a good sign. They also had a few outdoor tables that were comfy and breezy. The line moved quickly and we ordered the Dad Bod sundae for $8.50, it was 2 scoops. I haven't lifted in months, so I felt I was already living this sundae. It had stout flavored ice cream, fresh sweet cream, candied bacon, and chocolate covered pretzels. It was delicious. I don't think I will be back, but if I ever pass along this route, I will definitely stop. They also had a store with breads and pies that were labeled from Clove Brook. It seemed liked a few items were labeled from local places, along with a few more common brands. We bought a Very Berry Pie and apple cinnamon bread. Everyone was really nice. I saw one of the ice cream stand people adding dollars to her tip jar when people were standing in front of it. I thought it was a hilarious reminder to tip, if nothing else, it's worth tipping them and respect the hustle. Everything seemed very well kept and clean. It was nice and open air. There are goats that are cute. It might be a bit out of the way, but I would regularly visit if I lived anywhere close.

Farm and ice cream shop hours

I noticed this farm one saturday morning when we drove past it at 11am heading to buttermilk falls. There wasnt much crowd yet but when we decided to stop by after our hike at 3pm the parking lot was already packed. Nevertheless, we went as the farm looked so inviting! We noticed they had so many mums for sale at a really good price. They were beautiful and healthy looking. We got the 3 for $16 which I think was a pretty good deal considering the plants were bigger in size. There was so much to see that day from goats and this fluffy chicken walking around lol, more plants, colorful pumpkins from their amazing pumpkin picking area, to their ice cream shops and store which sold a variety of things! They had some meats, milk, pastries, cookies, fruits, syrups, and other items such as mugs, towels! It was so much fun! Lol i seriously enjoyed myself there it was like a farm wonderland! We tried their home made ice creams and i brought their cookies, banana bread and pumpkin bread. They were all delicious! I so want to come back again. For now, let me flood this page with photos and videos!

PROS: - great tasting ice cream - good for kids - playground for kiddies to play and interact w animals - goat enclosure - roaming chickens - they have lots of goodies, snacks, and homemade foods to try and buy in the store - cute gift shop - animals look well taken care of CONS: - plant prices are a little higher than average - can get packed on nice wknds, but manageable - locates on an interstate, so can be difficult to get out if making left turn We stopped by here driving to and from PA with the draw of homemade ice cream. The place is a decent size with a large goat enclosure with at least 10 or so goats. Animals look very well taken care of. The ice cream is really tasty and definitely has that homemade creaminess you don't find at big stores or store brands. Good place to stop and see the goats and get a scoop or two, and some snacks to bring home.
