We came into the store during lunch others and she wanted the main menu. We were denied the main menu because it was lunch hours and the staff inform us it starts at 14.00 OR 14.30. We asked if we could maybe order now and come back later of which they declined so we come back at 14.00 and we were handed our seats and menu, fast forward to 14.30 we're growing extremely hungry because its apparent they forgot us. At 14.45 i manage to wave down a waiter, I told her we've waited for 45mins at this point.. She proceeds to apologize for forgetting and takes our order (side note: we ordered 2 sticky rice) 30mins later we recieve part 1 of our food 15mins after that we recieve part of what's rest. So at this point 45mins later we recieve the final bit of our order..? Except we're missing our sticky rice?? We inquire what happened with it and they say its gonna take another 15 to our surprise and horror and they proceed to ask if we still want it. Well at this point we begrudgingly accept it. But then they come back a few minutes later and tell us its all out?! At this point we can't be asked to care since the meal is basically finished.
