NinIs BBQ - Tastes so good- I might not have to buy a smoker.

Nini Barbecue is the truth. We've been waiting for this level of smoked, flavorful BBQ to show up…read morelocally, and it's finally here. Every bite tastes like it came straight from an old-school smoker -- deep, rich, perfectly seasoned, and fall-off-the-bone good. We tried the brisket and ribs -- both had that perfect smoke ring, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and just the right balance of bark and tenderness. The sides? Ordered hot links - a1. The flavor is bold, the portions are generous, and the staff made us feel right at home. You can taste the passion in every plate. This isn't just barbecue -- this is craft. If you're anywhere near Menifee, do yourself a favor and go. Nini Barbecue has officially raised the bar for local eats.

I was really looking forward to trying Nini's BBQ since Menifee doesn't really have a true BBQ…read morespot. Unfortunately, my first visit wasn't quite what I hoped for. When I walked up, the lady taking orders was on her phone and didn't really acknowledge me -- no greeting, just handed me a menu. When I started ordering, she seemed a little annoyed and told the person on the phone to "hang on," which made things feel a bit awkward. I also asked a couple of simple questions, like how long the brisket was smoked, but she didn't know. As for the food -- it was kind of a mixed bag: * Brisket: Tender, but didn't have much smoke flavor or a smoke ring. * Pulled Pork: A bit on the dry side. * Smoked Turkey & Sausage: My favorites! The turkey was super moist and the sausage had a great snap with a nice little kick to it. * Ribs: Went with the baby backs since they didn't have spare ribs. They were okay but a bit tough. I've seen the owner in videos and he seems super friendly and really into what he does. I wish he had been there when I stopped by -- a few of my friends went when he was around and said he was awesome to talk to and really knew his stuff. They also mentioned their pulled pork was a little dry too, so maybe that's just something they're still dialing in. One last thing -- the menu said the meal came with a side of BBQ sauce, but I didn't get one. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. Overall, Nini's BBQ has potential! The turkey and sausage alone make it worth another try. Hopefully next time the service and flavors come together a bit more.

Before I start this review, for those wondering, this is not a duplicate of the "Hells Kitchen…read moreMotorsports Bar and grill". This is the same restaurants "food truck". The Hells Kitchen M.B.G Food truck is a delicious truck that serves smoked barbecue, and drinks. They have a pop up stage with live music and a complete pop up bar. Their set up is rock themed and the atmosphere is bold. They also provided free coffee and creamer throughout the whole day. I came here a while ago when they were at Lake Elsinore Motocross park for the Lake Elsinore Gp. The owner was there and he was super friendly and chill. I asked what he recommended and he told me to get their Smoked BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I ordered and waited. As I waited I listened to one of the bands that were playing on there pop up stage. The music was pretty good. It was also a first for me because I've never seen a food truck that also provided live music. I'd say the food took about 30-35 minutes for it to come out which wasn't too bad. When my food came out I got a a very large smoking hot juicy sandwich with fries and coleslaw on the side. As I started eating the Sandwich I got mixed flavors of sweetness and spice. The meat on the sandwich was also moist with their Barbecue sauce. By the time I was halfway done with this sandwich I was already full. The fries were quite crispy and delicious and the coleslaw was great too. If you like great barbecue, music, and people, I'd definitely give the Hells Kitchen M.B.G Food truck a try. From what I experienced the service was excellent and the food was delicious. As the day turned into night the Food Truck put on full live concert. If I ever come across them at another event I'll definitely be sure to stop by.
