Fantastic gym! A fun and holistic space where you can climb on a rock wall, swing some kettlebells, drag a tyre behind you and and then relax into savasana.
They offer yoga and PT in addition to classes. The classes are small enough for personal attention while still being big enough to be supportive and social. It's a smaller gym so you'll get to know some friendly faces.
They also run training courses for obstacle races (e.g. Spartan, Tough Mudder) which are challenging and heaps of fun to run as a team. The trainers (Tim and Jodie) are great - knowledgeable, encouraging, energetic and practice what they preach. They're always finding new ways to challenge the members! Mel is a wonderful yoga teacher and her yin classes are the best I've found.
They easily cater to a range of fitness levels - beginners to the very fit. So don't be scared to go if it's been a while since you've done a push up, you'll be banging them out before you know it! read more
