Mrs Collins took our info and within a few days Mr Collins came out to survey the job. We had a very reasonable estimate in a few days. They were able to squeeze us in, as we were a relatively small job. The man they sent out was awesome. He worked nonstop for the entire day. He was one of 2 to respond within a few hours and he was the first one on site. He worked tirelessly for hours over the course of 2 days and was finally able to identify the problem. Now I am waiting for my HOA's well manager to fix it but that's not Andrew's job. I trust he will return when the well issue is repaired to get my water flowing again.

They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!

They are extremely professional in the entire process. They came and measured and gave us a date for installation and showed up on time! Milford did a two story hardwood installation 20 years ago under a different owner and did a fantastic job. They still have the same great installers working for them. We are having them do a total house hardwood installation in August because the house needs it and we love their work. The prices are competitive with the big box stores and there's no confusion as one or two men do the ENTIRE JOB!! This company is professional in every aspect of the job they are hired for.
