John looked me in the eye and told me he had never seen this problem, he'd have to do some research. He'd call a buddy who is an expert on this device and be back Friday AM. Come Friday, he walked in with a part and said that the buddy never returned his call, but this was the most logical problem. He replaced the part and things work perfectly now. Prior to John, I was told by a plumber that I had major work required that would cost a bundle. I found John to be very personable, prompt, honest, forthright and professional. He isn't afraid to tell you he doesn't know something and he is willing to research a problem. He saved me from going down an expensive rat hole. John will be my plumber until he retires!

Due to the nature of the repair, could not finish that day but arrived promptly the next morning and we were up and running within a few hours. After a couple of outragious estimates from people that either didnt want the work or thought we were idiots, we found Collins. Mrs Collins took our info and within a few days Mr Collins came out to survey the job. We had a very reasonable estimate in a few days. They were able to squeeze us in, as we were a relatively small job. The man they sent out was awesome. He worked nonstop for the entire day. There are a few things still to do after tile work gets done. I will update when its all done, with pictures.

Overall an OK experience…read more They did a fair job but screwed up some things. They did fix them but they never should have happened. My one big beef with them is that they push spray foam... hard! (because it makes them a lot of $$$). What they don't tell you is about all the flame retardants & other PROVEN cancer-causing chemicals that off gas for decades after the install. My mistake, stick with products like mineral wool. None of these companies do an actual insulators apprenticeship, it's a "this is what my dad & grand-pappy did" mentality, & it shows.

They serviced my Radon canister, and both my softeners, installed a new RO system under my sink, and repaired my outside water source for under 3K. I was very impressed and great job guys!
