It's a bustling little spot and we got the last table for two in the spot. They were full of families, friend groups, and couples--they definitely have a broad appeal. And, I can see why. I ordered their goat cheese tartlet with chips, which was delicious. The guiness that we ordered was cold and delicious. The service was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is loud and joyful--your classic pub feel. We loved it! Get to it!

(I can only imagine the late night drinking session arguing whether John Mullane resembled a bacon and cheese burger or Brick Walsh sounded like a Brie man) Anyway, the burgers were pretty good, service was excellent and they were even able to magic up a couple of decent cocktails not on their menu. The Sticky Crispy Chicken was equally impressive--crispy chicken tossed in a sweet chili sauce with onions, peppers, green onions, and sesame seeds. The vegetables helped balance the sweetness, creating a great sweet and savory combination. Overall, it was a delicious lunch with well-executed dishes and a beautiful waterfront atmosphere. We'd happily stop here again on another trip through Dungarvan.
