My main complaint is that they go heavy on their private label and don't stick as much variety as I'd like in some categories. What it comes down to for me are the personal touches. The staff is just so friendly and eager to help. I never feel stupid or silly asking newbie questions like I do at other local shops. Also, since there is so much out there in the bike world, I'd call first to make sure they have what you want, especially if you have a drive to get to the shop.
