never trust them with a used car as they will not disclose any fact that they know will make you change your mind about the purchase regardless of the law says..coz good luck with that part hahaha...the pure definition of con arts these people are. they sold me a car that required 3000+ dollars in repairs and never disclosed the issue. i was happy to negotiate the cost of that repair but they chose to act the nasty way they did. only get use them to get a lower price on a car that is brand new.. they lie, dont trust them on a used car. if you really like that car ask for a WRITTEN permission to record the conversation and if they refuse, RUN read more

Our family recently experienced a house fire where it consumed the house and our two vehicles. Ancaster Toyota immediately stepped up and started looking for replacement vehicles for us and even lent us a loaner throughout the process. They made us a great deal and took care of all the details freeing us up to do other things. Purchased a 2018 Honda Civic SI from Toyota of Ancaster in March 2020, they told me it was inspected by their mechanics and it was mechanically sound. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, it broke down. Had it towed to a multiple Honda dealerships and 4 months later I found out they sold me a vehicle with a blown head gasket. Have not had a vehicle for the past 4 months. The dealership refused to take the vehicle back when I first notified them. Avoid this dealership. read more

Bought a used truck within two weeks failed wheel bearing and leak in exhaust system. Dealer basically said that's too bad. Also was told new frame need to be rust proofed after purchase all of a sudden it didn't need it. read more

I purchased a 2010 Corolla 3 years ago from this dealership and had a very good experience. Staff was friendly and car has been great. I live too far away to service with them but would recommend for sales any time. read more

Established in 2000.

Our Story In 1922, Roy Leggat left the family farm in Stoney Creek, Ontario, and, with a $3,000-loan from his mother, laid the foundation for what one day would become the Leggat Auto Group. In that year, Roy opened his first automobile dealership in Hamilton, Ontario, on the corner of King and Bay streets. In 1932, he began selling Chrysler automobiles and continued to do so until 1962. In the years since its inception, Leggat continues to be a recognizable name in southern Ontario thanks to three consecutive generations of the Leggat family operating the Group. Today, dealerships bearing the Leggat name can be found throughout Ontario in cities such as Burlington, Etobicoke and Ancaster, selling top-quality vehicles including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Cadillac and Acura.
