They start you off with a sour yogurt drink, pretty good. Don't drink it all as it helps to calm the spice from the red peppers you're about to eat. No idea what the meat what, I'm guessing lamb, but it also had some sliced gizzards in there that looked the size of chicken. The bread was phenomenally soft and fresh, and the the chilis.... don't be afraid. crush some up and eat them. They add so much to the flavor profile. The meal was dirt cheap at 43 TL. I'm craving it already.
