5 stars for how wonderful the front desk folks were. From early check-in, to allowing us to eat from the breakfast buffet when we first arrived, and even holding our luggage while we waited for our room.to be cleaned. So friendly and accommodating!! Location was a bit difficult to find. You first go through a heavy iron door, proceed to several short flights of stairs, then either knock or ring the doorbell for service. The room was clean, but oh my goodness was it ever small!! Our cruise cabin had more space. Breakfast was a mix of croissants, cookies, salami, ham, pepperoni, cheese, small fruit cups, little sausage like things, boiled eggs, and hard fried eggs. If that doesn't sound good, then skip breakfast. There's a cute pastry shop nearby that you could try. Overall nice stay, but now at hotel europark, and prefer our stay here so far. read more
