This review is for manicure &pedicure…read more I made an appointment for this place, I got in at 10:30am and got out at 12:45pm. I was literally sitting down with the aesthetician for 2hours. She took forever to do both my mani and pedi and it was THE WORST mani/pedi I've ever had. After spending an hour doing the mani, one cut later, and having re-shaped the nails because they were uneven, I made the mistake to let her do my pedi, but I had an event at 3pm and thought I couldn't get another place in time. Big mistake... The aesthetician was very lovely but completely untrained. To top it all off, I ended up paying $35 USD for the worst mani/pedi. My husband also needed a haircut and they were able to get him in as well. While sitting in the salon, I saw other women getting beautiful styles and wonderful makeup done. I asked if they could do mine and they said yes! This may have been one of the best hair and makeup jobs I have ever had. I showed them photos of hair and told them I like my makeup to be dramatically natural, which is contradicting, but they truly nailed it. They were even able to get me in the next morning for the actual Wedding day as well and they did just as incredible of a job. Doris Castillo at the front desk was so accommodating to our schedule. Julietta Gomez did my make up PERFECT! (In the photos I'm wearing black, she left off the lashes and lips as it was too early before the wedding and I will add later). And LuLu did my hair! I couldn't ask for a better experience and highly recommend them. If you are traveling and need event hair or just want to get a wash and dry-you should definitely see the ladies at Estetica Londres. There was definitely a language barrier, but as you can see from the photos-it was easily worked through and they got my hair and makeup exactly how I wanted it! Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful for our friends special day! And thank you for squeezing my husband in for a haircut as well! We looked and felt our best because of you all.

I got an upper lip and chin wax , and unfortunately the girl burnt the skin on my upper lip and part of my lower chin enough that the skin lifted , bled, and then scabbed. I had to be in a wedding 3 days from then and was really lucky it looked better by Sunday. What can I say? They were so nice and the price wasn't unfair, but a cautionary warning, speak up if he wax is too hot. I wish I spoke better Spanish.

Although it's a small space, the design and style is awesome and old-school. There is a real cow scull hanging on the wall (then you know it's a good barbers!!) and the wooden furniture looks awesome! Furthermore the barber can give you a great new look, he will explain his idea in detail and will then start to work very precisely. The result is amazing! The price is excellent for a barbers with this amazing result. It costs 150 pesos for a normal haircut in which he applies one of his special waxes. He also sells these different waxes, a famous one from the Netherlands (Reufel), American wax (Suavecito), Mexican waxes (Ponteduro) and also waxes from Oaxaca like "Don Porfirio". You can also get your beard trimmed or you can get a shave. You should make an appointment beforehand, via Facebook, phoning or just popping by. The service is excellent and they offer you water or a coke! In short, a good barbers with a great result for a very fair price. If you are looking for a new look in Oaxaca, this is the place to go!
