What started with a decent garage organization led me to trust them with my entire home--a decision I deeply regret. The issues: 1. Careless "organization" that consisted mostly of throwing items away without proper sorting 2. Found valuable items (I.e. designer handbag accessories) in trash bags 3. Brand new purchases still in boxes were discarded 4. Expensive vacuum parts and accessories were thrown out 5. Poor categorization throughout the house (I.e. a box labeled "electronics" had my Apple TV remove buried deep within it. 6. Spent months and more money undoing their work rather than enjoying an organized home 7. Never completed the full project despite being paid upfront 8. Owner Natalie has ignored multiple requests for a $3,536 refund for days/ services not rendered (I paid over $30K in total) What I received wasn't organization but rather rushed, thoughtless "decluttering" that prioritized making spaces look temporarily tidy over creating functional systems. After investing significant money and time, I was left with missing valuables and more disorganization than when I started.

The in-person team, Erica and Luisa, were fun to work with and inspired me to want to organize more of my life even just after this first session. The entire team goes above and beyond. Good value and well priced. My studio apartment is 650 sq ft and I've never had a professional cleaning done, so 4 hours was the perfect duration for one cleaner. I got the standard cleaning. If your space is less messy than mine then 3 hours should be enough. They even vacuumed and shampooed/steam cleaned + fluffed up the rugs and carpets I have, a great touch. I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient.

Did not acknowledge or address my concerns--In fact she was gaslighting me which was wild! As soon as it got escalated, Thiago got in touch and made it right. He offered to send cleaners back which I declined because it literally was not even that serious, the cleaners did a great job and simply ran out of time to do a couple of small things. I had honestly been reaching out for them to hear and acknowledge my concern regarding expectations around the deep clean service and how that was communicated. Again, cleaners were good.

Erin has put together a fantastic team. Paige, who worked on my kitchen, was incredible--extremely detailed, focused, and a remarkably quick thinker. What I appreciated most was her dedication. Whenever I was ready to compromise and said, "Oh, that's okay," Paige wouldn't settle. She'd immediately say, "No, I'll straighten it out." That level of care and commitment is rare. Thanks to her hard work, all the drawers in my lower cabinets are perfectly organized and functional. The upper cabinets are perfect, too! We have worked with Jason through two major moves, and on both occasions he has transformed our…read moreapartments into truly beautiful, functional homes. His approach strikes a rare balance--both highly professional and deeply personal. He has an exceptional ability to quickly understand not only what is needed from a practical standpoint (taking lifestyle and functionality into account), but also what is desired aesthetically, and then translate that into a cohesive, purposeful, beautiful living space. Jason is incredibly creative in how he works with space. He has a refined eye for spatial design, allowing him to maximize both flow and function while creating environments that feel open, intentional, and captivating. He is also incredibly resourceful--always open to repurposing existing pieces in fresh, thoughtful ways so that everything feels renewed and purposeful rather than replaced. From unboxing to organizing, hanging artwork and everything in between, Jason partners in the entire process brilliantly. What sets him apart even further is his ability to work with challenging or eclectic styles. My personal taste is wide-ranging--I'm drawn to clean, modern spaces, but I also grew up surrounded by a Victorian, bohemian aesthetic. My art and belongings reflect that mix, and historically it has been difficult to make everything feel cohesive. Jason has been the solution. He has a remarkable sense of balance and composition, bringing together disparate elements so effortlessly that it feels as though everything was always meant to coexist. Beyond the visible transformation, the underlying organization he created is life-changing. For the first time, every cabinet and closet in our home is thoughtfully arranged and fully functional. Moving is inherently stressful, and one of my biggest concerns is always how long it will take for a new place to feel like home. Jason accelerated that process dramatically--what usually takes months happened in what felt like days. My husband and I find ourselves appreciating our space daily, feeling genuinely grateful to live in such a beautiful, harmonious environment. We're proud to have people over and share our home, and that is very much a direct result of Jason's work. Working with him has been an investment not just in our space, but in our daily quality of life. If you're considering hiring a home or professional organizer, make it Jason.
