I love Sweet Bones. Everything I've had there is at least good and some things are great. They…read moreuse good quality ingredients and it shows. Their vegan Reuben is delicious, and their pastries are lovely. They have a good selection of coffee based drinks and lattes. If you're vegan, this could easily become your go to hip neighborhood vegan joint. One complaint is that they close pretty early though so you have to go there for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

I just finished a big brekkie and homemade cashew milk latte. Still in a bit of disbelief at the…read moreoverall presentation and flavour of the dish. The tofu scramble was packed with veggies and had a buttery flavour. It was a dryer scramble which I like. It was covered in toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds which really opened up the flavour. The rest of the plate, avo, tomato, hummus, spinach, and sourdough toast was staple but effective. It's always nice to have a fresh vegan breakfast that has whole foods instead of soy butter and processed foods. And lastly the coffee was excellent. Interesting texture with the cashew milk, as it felt a bit gritty, but that was a welcomed edition as it felt really earthy with each sip. I'd highly recommend Sweet Bones. Feel free to greet the lovely staff with a hello, and enjoy the tunes as you watch all the people come and go from a place where you can eat like you give a damn!

They have plated meals but also quick munchies. We got their flat white and their coffee+croissant combo. Unfortunately, croissant wasnt fresh. Dry and not flaky at all. For some reason, im not so surprised being that this is also a grab-an-go place option. we still ate in anyway. We did enjoy their outdoor seating and that they are dog-friendly. Good thing weather was lovely during our visit.

Eighty/Twenty is a great spot for a very delicious breakfast in Canberra…read more I ordered the "Avo + Tomato" with a side of garlic thyme mushrooms for $21.50 and it was delightful to say the least. My companion ordered the "Free Range Eggs" with a side of warmed tomatoes for $16 and enjoyed it thoroughly. The portions reflect the price as they are heaped and plentiful, suitable for a large appetite. I applaud the restaurant's message, providing food that is clean, natural and unprocessed, as it reflects the standards many people wish to uphold to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements which I believe is very important when managing a cafe. The atmosphere inside the cafe was suitable family get together, aswell as individual work as there are many different table options, eg. individual tables and communal benches. Overall, I would highly recommend Eighty/Twenty cafe to anyone wanting a healthy breakfast with friends and family.
