I was at a lost when I found out I had to review my father's Will. The quantity of language, coupled with ambiguous words made it difficult to decipher. To make matters worst, I didn't know what to do, or who to turn to? I found Jack online, and I figured I might as well message him. He called me within the hour, and talked to me about my situation. He wasn't about the money, but more about the service. And he gave me a fee I could work with. The next day I sent the document to him via email. He was able to decipher it within an hour, and ADD language that I never even knew existed. The best part? He answered all my questions. Now, I can rest every night knowing that the Will was written properly. I thanked Jack for all his hard work. I am going to recommend him to all my friend's and family, and of course I will be going through him in the future to hopefully set up a Trust. Thanks Jack. You made more than a client, but a friend. Your friend, Joseph

He offered his services, but I had already consulted with a different attorney and got all my questions answered. He apologized again and said if I ever needed anything again, to please don't hesitate to call and ask to speak to him directly. He was very sincere and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

When others treat you like you are a case and check, he will tell you what you want and need to hear. It may not be what you want to hear, but he does let you know he will be there to represent your best interest. He keeps you informed, he is well versed as some of those attorneys who have been practicing twice as long. He's not flashy and self absorbed, his staff is professional and take accurate messages. He will be there to fix what other attorneys broke without saying "I told you so." Mr. Dahl does not lose sight of what or why he practices this field of law. He is reasonable with his fees and, dare I say, he is worth it and more just for the peace of mind. I don't know how he does with the planning part of estate but in administration he is top notch. Wish there were more like him.

We later hired them after the death of one of our sons, to close out his estate. Being our son did not leave a will his Estate had to go through Probate where we were provided extraordinary service by Elliott Harry ,associated attorney, and the Law Firms staff. The service provided ,throughout the closing of our sons Estate during our grieving was greatly appreciated As a result of our dealings with The Dahl Law g Group we highly recommend them. Benjamin not only listened to our case but planned out a strategy he felt would be most cost effective for us. I am leaving this review because of the frustrating back-and-forth we experienced…read more At first, the attorney, Hannah Leigh Myers (#337987), seemed like a good fit for helping us set up a trust for my father. However, as we continued working with her, things began to unravel, and my family was given the runaround. I try to be fair and provide context: my father is older but still sharp and independent. However, I assist him with certain tasks, particularly with technology like scanning docs and sending them via email. This seemed to bother Hannah and whomever else she may have worked with because my father was unclear about what he had signed electronically when the secretary had called him about something and led to him say something that contributed to the back and forth/confused on both their parts. I wasn't on the call so I don't know what led to the secretary's opinion about the e-signed docs being an issue. This led to nearly a week of no contact, and eventually, we were told we had to come into the office to provide a physical signature on the same documents we had already e-signed and prior to the e-sign we sent the scanned hard copies in via email. But listen, here is the thing had my father and me never met Hannah in person before this whole e-sign thing, I wouldn't have formed such a negative opinion of her office, workflow, and customer service style (Literally never calling us back only through her office assistant). However, we did meet in person and clearly explained that my father lives with me and that I assist him with certain tasks. I also shared that setting up the trust was my idea to prevent future legal hassles and stress for our family. At that time, she had no objections and even said as I remember it something like 'no I don't see any reason you helping him will be an issue, I can tell if there is something weird going on with families'. After nearly two months of back-and-forth communication, despite meeting in person, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I felt compelled to share my experience. I can't help but wonder if things would have played out differently had I not been involved in supporting my veteran father. Regardless, their poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and inability to effectively work with a Black family led to us taking our business elsewhere.
