I've worked with 3 realtors on both the buy and sell side in the past, and none can compare to the personal service, knowledge and experience Steph brings to the table. Steph guided us not only to our dream home but helped us walk away from a home that would've been a huge mistake for us (and we're thankful everyday for this). Steph also went above and beyond by connecting us with top tier professionals who she has vetted herself, including loan officer, insurance agent, inspector, painter and carpet installer. There was never a doubt when it came to Steph and her referrals. It was truly an enjoyable and seamless home buying experience. Thanks Steph

As someone with real estate professionals in our household, we were very selective about who we trusted with this sale--and Devin and Courtney exceeded every expectation. From day one, they brought clarity, strategy, and a truly hands-on approach. Nothing felt generic or rushed--every step was intentional. What really stood out was thier negotiation skill and steady leadership. When lower offers came in, they held firm, stayed patient, and never lost sight of the bigger picture. Their confidence and experience paid off, resulting in an excellent outcome and a smooth, stress-free closing. It always felt like Chris had our best interests in mind, and his guidance helped us stay focused on the bigger picture and what was best for our family. We came across some challenges and difficult decisions along the journey, but Chris's expertise put us in a position to get exactly what we wanted at the end of the day. We would not have ended up with our house without him. Chris and his team also did a great job navigating an escrow and closing with a challenging listing party, keeping things moving with a positive attitude and compensating for their lack of effort by going the extra mile. He is extremely professional, and we never had any doubts about everything being handled properly on our side. We honestly will miss working with Chris despite the stress of buying a house. We would definitely recommend him as both a buyer's and seller's agent to our friends and family!

Chanelle represented me when I bought my house last year, and I highly recommend her in all…read morerespects. She is an A+ agent, and I cannot say enough positive things about her work. For my home purchase, Chanelle was extremely attentive, listened very well at all times, was proactive about presenting and pursuing the right listings that fit what I was looking for, and went above and beyond the norm in terms of expectations, service, professionalism, and effort. Chanelle is an outstanding agent, and any client would be fortunate to retain her in either buying or selling a house. For example, my home search took her well outside her Orange County base, but Chanelle took that responsibility on with enthusiasm, going out of her way to drive extra hours and hours to search for, view, and assess houses that might fit my designated criteria. I was impressed by that, and I was even more impressed by her quickness to understand the type of home that I would find to be my ideal. She negotiated with a number of different listing agents of all types on my behalf, and when we were confronted with listing agents who were either unresponsive or difficult, Chanelle handled those situations with ease and grace. She was persistent and confident without being overly so, and she always skillfully obtained whatever information I needed quickly and accurately. In fact, as the client, everything from my perspective was smooth sailing from the moment I signed on with Chanelle. That's everything you can ask for in terms of representation. So, too, are her personal qualities very endearing, as she is able to put people at ease immediately. That is, Chanelle is very personable and charming, always dressed impeccably and professionally, and always on time to any appointment. From my observations, she uses her smarts to know exactly how to carry herself in negotiations and any business setting. Chanelle always makes a great first impression. I could not ask for a better, more professional and reliable real estate agent than Chanelle. Having used other agents in the past on my previous home purchases and sales, Chanelle is head and shoulders above anyone else in the industry who I have had the occasion to retain. You should absolutely engage Chanelle for whatever home purchase or sale you are contemplating. You won't find anyone who will work harder and look after your interests.

I will first state facts and then some very odd things that happened on Zillow afterwards…read moreI have bought and sold five houses in the past ten years and not new to the process and have worked with different agents. The commission structure was low at 4% and I don't need a lot of hand holding so it was attractive. Here is a list of errors. - Two weeks into the agreement we finally get a sign on 6/27 and only after I stressed concern - An old description was used from Zillow or something that was wrong with 1.5 baths 4 bed in the description. Lori copied and pasted this ignoring the description I sent her and not even bothering to proof it. The house is a 2.5 bath 3 bed, totally remodeled which is quite important. This was updated today after pointing it out and asking it to be updated - The photos were from an old listing, before a major remodel. This has been changed after stressing concern - Lori never brought out a camera for professional photos until a started to stress concerns, so the photos were off an Iphone. Photos never made it to the MLS before we fired her. - The photos there were uploaded were sideways in the listing and duplicated. This has since been correct after stressing concern - Lori showed up 40 minutes late for an open house. YEAH, I could understand 15 minutes, but 40 is crazy specially when it's the first time seeing the home. She asked if I was at the home for the open house when she pulled up which thank goodness I wasn't. I could have been a buyer. - Lori no longer works for that office after emailing this to her broker Here are the "odd" things - On Zillow the house came up as sold for 30k less than our asking price shortly after she was fired. The main photo was changed from the outside of the house to the half bath which was mostly consumed by a toilet - On Trulia it's still listed for sale, says Keller Williams but when I call it's Real Estate One. The listing agent is Ivory Clinton and when I called he was more concern about helping me sell my home vs. him not being my agent. Those can't be simple by chance errors.
