Let me just start off by saying I've read quite a few reviews and I am sorry their experience was…read morenot so great. All I can say is that we have NOT had any issues. Also they are so laid back that You should be able to talk about any issues you may have. Anywho we were greet upon entry and the staff was very helpful and polite.. the checking process was very easy. The lounge was clean, the place was well lit. The wait time was not long at all. I love the fact that they take us all back as a family together. Princess was very good with my kiddos. They had a very good experience with the X-rays and the teeth cleaning. Everyone was cool and didn't have any complaints. Dr. Michael is amazing with the kiddos. We love the fact that he is so gentle and patient with them. Wyatt was nervous but he made him comfortable enough to open is mouth and let him check him out. Kenn got his teeth cleaned and Wasvery nice and pleasant. They let Kenn know that every he needs done next. So he will be back to get his tooth filled and the chip fixed. So now it's my turn to get a cleaning. Rebecca did my cleaning and usually I dread the polishing and initial cleaning because it seems so painful. This time was good it did not bother me at all. I have a hole in my back wisdom tooth that's hurting right now so I'll be back to get it pulled. I need a couple of things done to get my mouth straight and Dr. Rabel and I have talked and devised a great plan to get me where I need to be so let's geaux I'm an ready. This experience was even greater than the first. When I tell y'all..... I'm an so thankful he fixed my minor imperfections from the first time. Due to Covid that year everything was shut down. I had a tooth that broke, one cracked and the other chipped off... So long story short the teeth were very sensitive to me brushing, eating and drinking. Now that they are fixed I have no problems!!!!! Also the other waiting room was clean and neat plus, bathrooms were clean too. I do recommend them to family and friends.. don't take my word for it come and see for yourself..

During my most recent call today, 30th of May, 2025, they informed me that I would need to wait until December to see a dentist at their facility. Any one who faces a similar dilemma needs to realize this- you deserve better! A six-month wait for a new dental patient is a clear sign of poor planning or overwhelming demand, but from a patient's perspective, it's simply unacceptable. Dental issues don't pause -- what starts as a small cavity can become an infection, and untreated gum disease can lead to tooth loss or impact heart health. Delaying care this long risks preventable damage, worsens conditions, and fails the basic duty of timely medical access. No matter the reason, making someone wait half a year for essential care is not just inconvenient -- it's irresponsible and dangerous. I told them I had multiple bad experiences with different dentists throughout my life. They were very empathetic and walked me through every step! They explained different feelings prior to anything being done. Dr. Walters came highly recommended and I traveled from Houston, TX to see her. I will be returning from Houston for my follow ups and any future procedure. My overall experience was absolutely phenomenal.
