I physically went into the branch and questioned one of my checking accounts with physical checks in hand, and I could not even get information on my own personal accounts. Checks were sent to a different address and when I went to re-order checks they could only go to the address on file which was an unknown address. The charge to cash a check every time I cash a check there is $10 meanwhile I have numerous accounts here. The customer service is very poor, very poor quality. I knew going in that this small bank would not have all of the bells and whistles of Chase, but I did not know all of what I was getting into, and I realize I made a huge mistake. Not only are they closed on weekends, but there is also no one manning a customer service 1-800 phone number over the weekend. In addition, the website went down on Saturday afternoon into Sunday, making even the website inaccessible. Furthermore, Zelle payments that used to be available in my Chase account within minutes of being sent have been "Pending" since Saturday. It is now Monday morning, and although my account has theoretical cash, none of it is available to me. Due to my lack of knowledge about this bank and having no back up cash, I have been without ANY food or gas since Saturday. HUGE MISTAKE!
