When his brother came to get us he said they had just switched so Chaz could drive a different group of people somewhere. The van also reeked of smoke when he came to pick us up from our location. Both Chaz and his brother seemed to have a hard time controlling the van which made it scary for all involved. All the owner offered us was a $200 credit to book with them again.
