Traveling from Maine to Boston, the train ride is comfortable and offers beautiful views outside your window. Each cabin has a set of seats that face each other and is ideal for families so keep that in mind. The customer service, train attendants are friendly and especially at the Maine station, there was one member in particular that was extremely friendly, polite, and courteous. (I can't remember his name off the top of my head, was it Paul? check out my tips if you're curious, i think i wrote it there.) Prices are reasonable and I'd suggest to either bring earplugs or headphones in case you have other guests who are chatty and you want to enjoy some peace while on your train ride. There is a first class available for those who want to upgrade their experience. There are bathrooms inside the train and a snack bar where you can grab food, coffee, and other drinks. Parking your car at the train station is safe and affordable. Note there are two lots adjacent to one another that i noticed, so if one side is full don't panic. Just turn around and cross the street. He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. He was okay a bit strange so I have requested he not be our pickup or return driver on our next upcoming trip. Overall we would recommend and will use their services again.
