When we finally figured out where we were supposed to be, we had to walk through a lot of big gravel rocks to get to the rail carts. Not a big deal for us, but I can see where that would be for someone who has trouble walking or with other mobility issues. They don't warn you about that on their website and they really should in my opinion. The website says to arrive 30 minutes before your time to leave and there were people showing up on time to 10 minutes late. So that held us up and gave us a late start. We were in a manual cart and there was an e-assisted bike behind us, and I guess we weren't going fast enough for them, although we couldn't go faster because there was another car ahead of us. You are limited as to what speed you can attain there. But I guess they thought it would be funny to just full on ram us. They hit us hard with no attempt to brake. And we had two little kids in our car. This was a cart full of adults, by the way . We were stunned and turned around to see what had happened and they were all laughing. No apology or anything. I'm sure this was intentional. We checked on them to ask if they were OK and they just continued laughing. The weather was great. We had an overcast day and a cool breeze, so it was beautiful! God is good! And the workers, Ethan, Zane, and Hunter all did a phenomenal job!

Rental car pick-up was simple and fast. Lady staff at the counter and another lady staff who gave us the car keys were both very nice and helpful. Thank you both! We were sent outside to the other side of the building. They were low on inventory of cars. It was between a gray or red car. They gave us the red Chevrolet Trailblazer LT. It was a good and comfortable ride throughout our trip. Solid and comfortable front and back seats. Spacious trunk space which was useful. However, we did experience an issue with the front right tire. It lost tire pressure on a couple ocassions. We had to pump that tire twice. The other 3 tires were fine. Thank goodness we didn't have more issues than that. Upon returning the car, I informed the lady staff of what happened. She was kind and gracious to give us a discount for our troubles. Thank you Miss and Enterprise! I appreciate it. Note: Part of Route 66 Centennial Celebration road trip with my eldest daughter in June 2026

An incredibly smiley and friendly worker with Enterprise helped me out, took care of me, and got me a comfy rental for my week in Oklahoma. I highly recommend choosing Enterprise over the other clown shows at this airport rental location.
