Then he just wakes me up picking on me, he's been finding everything and anything he can to bully me, once I get to Nevada I'll never take amtrak again, this guy really should be fired. Amtrak has definitely lost my business and won't be getting anymore of my disability income money, I won't even spend anymore money on food ine the cafè cart, and I'm diabetic and am not supposed to go without food, but im that upset with the way I'm being treated by this amtrak worker, I mean there's laws protecting disabled people and amtrak could be sued. The Ottumwa station is on the California Zephyr route and has daily service twice a day either going towards Chicago (#6) or San Francisco (#5) and the stops in between in both directions. There is an uncovered service platform - the steel girders are still standing but on cover remains. It appears that it used to be used more "back in the days" but age and neglect have taken its toll.
