For each debt transaction they charge you 2.00, for every credit or signature transaction they charge you 1.00, plus to check your balance it's .50 and if you call in its .50. If you are like me that use these type of card for your everyday purchases DO NOT GET THIS CARD! I just got this card and notice I deposit 200.00 and within 2 days they took 28.00 in charges and fees. I didn't know why so I called in and they said it was the monthly plan which is $10.00 I asked well if I was charged the monthly plan why am I still being charged everytime I use the card? The customer service rep advised well I'm not sure but you can upgrade the plan next month and it will only be 5.00 and you will not get charged. I advised that didn't make sense. Why would I upgrade the plan to direct deposit when you guys haven't even fix the current problem. They took over $28.00 and the customer service rep couldn't even help with an answer to why other then to upgrade the plan. I canceled this card. It's not worth adding money or giving them your money because the service is not even that good your better off with a pre-paid visa gift card..

As of this writing, it has now been over 3 hours and still nothing. I tried calling back a couple times but he said there was an error in sending the money. So I provided other options and he still says error. I emailed their customer support but no answer yet. I called their official 323-206-6011 number 5 times but each time it goes straight to voicemail. Maybe I need to be more patient but hey, they did say 5-10 minutes.
