As of this writing, it has now been over 3 hours and still nothing. I tried calling back a couple times but he said there was an error in sending the money. So I provided other options and he still says error. I emailed their customer support but no answer yet. I called their official 323-206-6011 number 5 times but each time it goes straight to voicemail. Maybe I need to be more patient but hey, they did say 5-10 minutes. Hopefully I get my money asap so I can change this review to 5 stars
