The manager Danaliz and her assistants Jenice & Kieshla always answer any questions I may have about my account and transactions in-store are always prompt and courteous. Online transactions are organized a little different than in-store, but most of the online transactions have been seamless. Overall, I still recommend this store in central Florida over Amscot for my cash loan inquiries any day.

I had to call customer service when it was taking a while to get my debit card and the lady I spoke with went above and beyond to help me. I ended up going to a location that is open on Saturdays to get a debit card right from the location. Gabriel Baez happened to be at the Sanford, FL location and he was wonderful! Very nice, very accommodating and professional and I could not be happier! Thank you Gabriel for being so wonderful!

The offer came in the mail, with a special code (authentic) and several hoops to jump through (minimum deposit by a certain date after opening, opt for paperless). Having been around the bend enough times to know that I could be at risk of doing a lot for nothing, I had my ducks all in a row and checked all the boxes (or so I thought). First sign of trouble was that I couldn't create an online ID after opening the account. When I called, the agent all but laughed at me (at least it felt that way), saying it takes time, dude (to which I wanted to say, REALLY, in this day and age?). When finally I could access it online, I made a transfer from another bank - which got rejected 3 days later! In the mail, I received a statement saying I was over-drawn by $4. So off I go on the phone again. This time, I was told that the $4 was for paper statements, which I couldn't opt out of because I couldn't get an online ID. I was also told that I had to go into the branch (the very essence of "online banking convenience" apparently being the Regions motto!). Two days after jumping through that hoop, just when the deadline was coming up, I thought I'd call to make sure everything was now kosher. The agent told me, no I didn't qualify for the sign-up bonus because the offer had expired!!! In the next hour and a half, I was transferred, disconnected, credentialled time and again (even though I was on the same call), got into loops with no apparent exit... Thankfully, I finally got Myesha, who patiently heard the whole saga of my frustration, and would not let go until she set things right for me. So zero stars for Regions and their unimaginably stupid 'systems': the stars are totally for a human who treated me like a human.

I decided I wanted to put all of my business purchases on a separate card and opened a PayPal Credit Card in about 2 minutes with a small limit. Since receiving the card, I've put on a few purchases for fuel, food, Amazon and the cleaners...all WITHOUT any drama! Today I wanted to fund an App I use for lottery purchases in my state which I have been doing for years with the Chase card, no issues. BUT today, I kept receiving "Sorry we cannot complete the transaction, contact your bank "Synchrony". So I called and got some of the truly dumbest, incapable of reasoning customer service agents I have ever had the "pleasure of dealing with!" After the agent said there were no issues on their end, I still could not load the PayPal Credit Card onto the App to use. After being on hold for several minutes, the agent came back and said (this is good!)"After speaking with my supervisor, we need to get a higher level of authorization from you. You must SUBMIT a video of yourself telling us your name, address, phone number, email address and SS#!!" I BLEW A GASKET!!!! My credit score is WELL over 825, have other credit cards with huge limits and was approved for this PAYPAL CREDIT CARD in less than 2 minutes!! I mostly use the ATM, although I am not crazy about the high withdrawal fees. I also wish that Amscot offered services such as PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo cash reloads. They offer Go Bank and Go2Bank reloads as well as Western Union transfers, but the fees are very high to use those services. Other than that, I recommend it for your ATM needs!

He does overtime and sends us money in the morning so he can go sleep after his double shift. Tanya has had the audacity to ask us on the 1st of the month and through the 10th of the month about what bills we have to pay. She gave us a pamphlet but nowhere in the pamphlet does it say she should ask what the money is for. I have to pay my rent and other bills and this woman had the nerve to stall us and even laugh when we were telling her that she was discriminating us for. My dad has been married to my mom for over 42 years and has consistently sent my mom money to help her pay the bills because my mom and I take care of our bipolar and autistic brother, her son who has special needs. She cant work, is about to retire and my dad helps her pay the bills. I said I had the proof of my bills on my phone and she asked to see them. Like, in what world does a transaction of westetn union require so much. And then she, in an authoritative way, said all amscots would do the same. I had to go to another spot and they said that what we went through is odd because western union does the heavy lifting of questions to the sender. No questions were asked about what the money was for at the other establishment. and Tanya claims she was asked why we were receiving high amounts of money in the 1st of the month but the lady who helped me in another western union place DID not. While we were dealing with Tanya, a girl named Lulu, I think came to give cheap excuses and were trying to stall us, for what, i dont know. My mom has been receiving western union from my dad for years. And its always for bills and groceries. Everything we went through with Tanya, I recorded and im appalled by her cynicism and blatant lies. We are a Latino family who has lived in altamonte springs for over 20 years. I dont know what her deal was but she lied through her teeth. And she needs to not judge, because we have an autistic and bipolar man to take care of and our life isnt easy.

She was so fast and diligent given that I had to not only leave there by the time you guys closed since it wasn't 24 hours for the holiday, but also get my prescriptions from my pharmacy that closed early. my bank had only let me get a certain amount out of cash, and she must have overheard my struggles, and the times I went in and out of Amscot that day, along with a phone call. Despite my need for quickness, I couldn't have done it for my children and myself without this wonderful woman who made it quick as possible, and did everything to the T. sadly, I did not get her name but I really hope the woman that closed Amscot on July 3 get some recognition.
