He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

He was the second doctor working in a building with a physical therapy clinic that steered me there. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, and take all the time necessary to make sure they understand your issues. And the follow up to fine tune the treatment is also exceptional. I currently go to their office in Cross Plains, and it deserves as much praise as the home office.

I called the University Ave location and just wanted to know process for how I pay using Medicare and with my supplemental insurance but getting an answer was IMPOSSIBLE. They could even tell me if I just give my Medicare card and then they submit the claim to Medicare. I was just trying to determine if Medicare would then handle the supplemental insurance and also the 257 deductible. They kept saying I should pay the Medicare deductible to Captial Physical Therapy but also person sounded uncertain (and that just does not sound correct to me). They had me call their billing department, they were clueless and said to call the location. I said they told me to call you! This is a simple process question and they cannot answer. I will go elsewhere.

YMMV. Jessica always takes the time to find the root problem, explain it with as little or as much detail as I can handle, then assigns exercises or stretches that will fix the problem. Her gentle but precise touch can release even the most stubborn knots or painful strains. Do your stretches or exercises, if it hurts she can modify your routine until you have overcome that issue. Nathan is always professional, helpful and courteous, helping to schedule appointments, answer any questions or deal with insurance billing.

Jessica and Nate are extraordinarily nice, professional, and know. their. stuff. I met with Jessica, who lead me through a series of movements and helped me assess what was going on.
