Fairly recently, there has been a new transfer to this store. A young Hispanic man (with a web-tattoos on his elbow) ; young by comparison to myself being 67 years of age has changed the friendly ombionce of the store. For some reason he has an unpleasant attitude towards me. Things are said like "why are you looking at me like that?" I'm truly not sure where a question like that is coming from! I handed money to him for a purchases and i was given a very foul look and response. On another occasion when I visited the store, he stated that he was going to call the police. I did not threaten him in anyway. This evening he call the store manager on me for no reason and he even told me that I was being videoed taped. He was clearly trying to get a negative respond from me. I think that this fellow is bad news for your business; i think time will be revealed this as his true nature is not what is seen. I think that he is either intimated by me, just doesn't like me, or he's prejudice and is not able to control his impulse. What ever the reason, of which I'm not exactly sure; his hostility towards certain cultures need to be monitored. I asked for his name and the manager's name. Basically, I was ignored. He tried to shroud his customerresponse by leaving the counter when going to the back to call the store manager. I walked in and he greeted me professionally, was very patient, gave me a rewards card and explained the benefits, and made the overall trip a pleasant one. He's definitely an asset to that team.
