What a beautiful space! After a tour I have been utilizing the premium co-working space here for…read morethe past 3 days. I'm working solo and the environment seems very conducive to both individuals and groups. They just opened this week so the space is still relatively quiet. I've found spaces to hide away in solitude to really focus, but I've enjoyed spending most of my time in the main common area which has a relaxed, buzzing vibe of activity. Their phone booth rooms are also perfect to hop in and take calls in as needed. Every part of the space has fantastic panoramic views of the city and natural light. The staff here are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and it's generally a great environment for me to accomplish a day's work.

The two-story layout…read moreis incredibly spacious, and even at half occupancy for the whole space currently, there are tons of private spaces to hide away that are open to the public: a cozy library area, lots of nooks created in the main common room, and breakout areas up on the 18th floor. The decor is modern and mature, and the atmosphere feels like a "real" office compared to other more youth-oriented coworking spaces that blare music and tout beer taps. The offices are incredibly spacious -- though noise does leak through office to office, so if you want to be kind to your neighbors, put down a rug to help with that -- and the workspace is very comfortable (a wide desk, a Herman Miller chair). The team is what makes the place, though: Praynka, Jacey, and Emily really have gone out of their way to make sure the atmosphere has been conducive to work and to residents getting to know each other, in equal harmony. (Who knew daily free breakfast and afternoon snacks were a great way to get people out of their offices?) Lots of healthy snacks + wine/beer/Mexican coke (!) in the community fridge means I've actually lost weight since working here, too. So that's something.

The lobby was filled with food for breakfast and coffee and the tables and chairs were so comfy. I loved the ambiance and artwork and it had an upbeat and luxurious feel to it. The screening room was small but still spacious. The seats were also very comfortable and plush. The picture and sound quality was superb and despite that we only watched clips of the films, I was still able to see and hear everything well, sitting further back. Parking was also very easy in their lot and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this space for events!

The outside courtyard is so nice that I often spend the workday working outside. It's just so inviting and relaxing. And it really helps give the sense that you're working in a backyard, not in a huge office building. There's a bit to get used to with the elevators & navigating around some of the floors, but eventually it will becoming second nature. I just definitely got lost a few times the first week or so of me working out of the space. The fact that it's right next to Sawtelle and all the great restaurant options is an added bonus to this already great location.

Wifi isn't great, so what else matters?…read more I came and paid the day rate just to download on fat wifi. I tested the guest wifi first and found it to be insufficient, so asked the attendant if the members wifi was better, and was assured it was. So I joined and paid. Yeah, no. The members wifi isn't faster. It keeps throttling me. Good thing I paid for a full day, I guess, because this download is going to take all day. (To be more precise, this isn't an issue with the WAPs, but rather, seems to be a policy decision--download speeds per user are being intentionally throttled.)

They started the co-working space, so they deserve credit…read more Music was loud. Their major tenant is Spotify, and they let Spotify abuse their position by blasting music into other offices. So if you want to focus and really work, this place has its distractions. The staff is ambitious in a way that makes you feel like they just finished a seminar on "How Everyone Can Become A CEO By Making The Members Abide By Our Rules". Examples. You can't just drop off you mail into a mailbox, but have to wait online to get the attention of the staff and give him/or her your mail. The same for picking up your mail. You can't just pick up your mail. Sometimes, when you ask staff a question, they respond: "We are having an orientation meeting, where that will be explained." You say "I don't have time for an orientation meeting." And they respond "You have to go." It's a little odd that they serve beer during the day, and then stop serving it at night. It seems like it should be the other way around. Maybe, I'm just out of step, and most people want beer and loud music at work. So I'm just sharing my experience. These are growing pains, it's a new concept, and mostly doing well.

I could not be happier with this coworking space in Culver City. From the moment you arrive,…read moreeverything feels intentional, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The space itself is modern, chic, and energizing--an environment that genuinely makes you want to be productive and creative. One of the biggest advantages, and something that truly sets this location apart, is the parking. It is abundant, easy, and stress-free, which is an absolute must in Los Angeles. The location is also incredibly convenient--right next to the freeway--so you get off the freeway and you are immediately there. No circling, no frustration, just seamless access. Inside, the amenities are excellent and high quality. There are plenty of conference rooms, all well maintained and functional. The coffee station is thoughtfully stocked, with good creamer options and filtered water, which may seem like a small detail but makes a real difference during long workdays. What truly elevates this space, however, is the owner, Floyd. He is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the people who work there. From our very first meeting, his focus was on getting to know me--understanding my business, my goals, and how he could support me. It never felt transactional; it felt personal and sincere. He takes the time to listen and truly wants to help you succeed. Overall, this coworking space is not just a place to work--it is an experience. It feels welcoming, energizing, and inspiring. I am extremely happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-run, and supportive coworking environment with unbeatable convenience and parking.
