    Honestly this man tone and demeanor is nasty. When Running a business sometimes the client make…read moremistakes but as an owner you should be a bit lenient especially if the client is apologizing . I sent a flyer to be printed and I told him the wrong size. I got there and I immediately told him "oh no I wanted this smaller" he proceeded to tell me "this is what you told me, how are you a business owner and you don't know what an 8.5 x 10 is" I found that comment to be very rude. It was an honest mistake , I told him he should not talk to his client like that and he told me I don't have to pay but he will not be doing future work with me. This WAS MY FIRST TIME!!! I was really looking forward to working with a local printing. I asked "do I have to pay for it ?" I did not say " I'm not paying for it" You reply "you don't pay for it but I'm not doing any future job for you" You could've easily said " I will reprint the correct size but it will not be the same amount I were told before" Instead of going back and forth , come up with a solution with the client, you don't know who I would've referred to your business. It was my mistake telling you the wrong size but mistakes happen I was still willing to pay whatever price but for THE RIGHT thing. The way you were going back and forward and not willing to help made this experience unpleasant.
