I made a phone phone to the firm as I had a problem ".fault" continually showing on my Risco box which I couldn't clear. I was fortunate to speak to a Mr Les Mullaney who was very informative (and very patient!) in what I should do step by step to correct the problem. unfortunately I was still unable to get the outside alarm bell to work even after new batteries fitted throughout the system. Lots of very helpful calls back and forth but still it wouldn't work so he suggested I called an engineer in to look at the outside alarm box and I was given a few suggestions . it is now fixed (?faulty battery?)
and I am so very grateful to Mr Mullaney for all his support and I will certainly use Ample Security when I purchase my next alarm !! Thank you read more
