The Mobil gas station on Islington Street is usually cheaper than their competition. Four stars…read morefor that. But they're also a convenience store and that's where they fail. I've been inside twice. On both occasions, I had to find the person working there, both times getting themselves food or drink and ignoring the cash register. It's a PITA to buy anything in this store but it would be high on my list if I wanted to rob a convenience store. The people working there would have no idea. Two stars for the store and not one because they have what I'm looking for, it's just hard to actually buy something. This averages out to three stars. Buy gas there, and use the credit card machine outside so you never have to deal with the people who are supposed to be working inside.

I was a little skeptical about their prepared food until they showed me the kitchen they have, where they make all of their pizzas, sandwiches, lobster rolls etc. The employees have been friendly to me and I've seen them go out of there way to help customers. Obriens is usually competitive with their gas prices. I am happy to support a local, family run business like this.
