Their main focus is customer satisfaction. We needed a paint job on our home and had reached out to three separate contractors. One didn't even reply (typical), the other seemed too busy and didn't follow up. Frankly, I wasn't expecting much from Premium but was totally surprised when the owner showed up with a professional brochure containing contact info, BBB accreditation, Insurance Bond, State License and a list of references! Based on that alone we felt we were well ahead of the game and asked for a quote. Chuck spent a good hour inspecting the exterior of our house. The quote came quickly afterwards and we found it priced well below what we had estimated. We accepted and got on the calendar for early May. Although they were late in starting due to weather I have never seen painters so meticulous and precise in their work. The prep was lengthy and once painting began it went fairly quick allowing for weather. Chuck and his crew took six weeks for an exterior paint job that was simply phenominal! Not only were they courteous but they extensively used drop cloths and were ALWAYS cleaning up after themselves. Take a look at the before and after pictures they speak for themselves.
