We hired Amp'd to do the lighting for our wedding reception at the Marie Antoinette ballroom. By far and away, Amp'd was our favorite vendor and best surprise of the night! We were initially reluctant to hire a company to do "lighting" for our reception because we weren't sure if it would add anything to the room. My mom kept pushing, so we finally reached out to Amp'd.
Amp'd was very professional and very reasonably priced. They gave us tons of options for lighting and accommodated every single one of our requests. The room was done up beautifully with soft blue and purple hues that added so much elegance to the evening. My husband and I both agree this was the best money spent. Also, for a European cafe/bistro flair, Amp'd strung lights between the balconies of the Marie Antoinette room, so it was as if we were dancing under the stars or cafe lights, etc.
The pictures from the reception are absolutely gorgeous, and I thank Amp'd for all their great work! I cannot recommend enough. Also, they consistently worked within our budget, which was a huge plus. We had originally spoken with another lighting business, who, when we asked for price ranges, said "If your dad is Donald Trump, I can make it as expensive as you want." Needless to say, we did not go with that company.
