We signed in and opted for the combination massage. This place is very sanitary and staff were super kind and welcoming. The level of pressures that we put on the check in sheet were followed. I'm conflicted. I wanted to love this place because it's convenient, reasonably priced, clean, and…read moreit feels professional. However, the intake form asks what pressure level you want and I can take a reasonably strong massage but since I had never been here before I circled a level 5 out of 10 (I didn't want to be miserable). Well it would not have been humanly possible for the lady that massaged me to have done so any harder. It was extremely painful and miserable the entire time. When she asked if everything was okay I said the pressure was too hard, and she laughed like I said something funny and kept going like she hated my muscles and was trying to kill them. So the place is great in theory but why offer a sliding scale to chose pressure if the staff is going full 100 out of 10 every time?

I lived out of state and flew in for her services. She helped us be successful with pregnancy. She went above and beyond to be at the doctors office for the transfer. We didn't even know the exact date yet she was flexible and made it happen. We are forever grateful. She doesn't have a fancy website and doesn't do a lot of advertising but in my opinion is one of the best fertility acupuncturist south of Denver. She is underestimated in her abilities. And women with fertility issues could be helped by April. Her technique is effortless. You can't feel the needles go in. I also went to her for musculoskeletal issues which she resolved in one treatment. The limp I had for years went away in one treatment! I don't live in CO but if I did I would continue going to her. I HIGHLY recommend her for fertility acupuncture.

The hot stones were a nice addition to a perfect spa / reflexology escape. Everything is so new and clean, and they use gloves and masks and provide hand sanitizer. There are enough spaces (4) in a small room to have a girlfriend's day out, but since it was just me they put me in the room by myself. There are other rooms, but everything is quiet and well separated. Honestly, I was so relaxed could have fallen asleep but I didn't want to miss the massage!

Let's be clear, tips are EARNED not just given because it's standard. My massage lady left the door open when she walked out for me to change, ok whatever, then the spots I circled on their form were hardly worked on, I also circled medium pressure, it was a glorified rub and I truly felt not much, she did put the hot stones on a towel and on my back but half of one was on my skin and left a red burn mark for the night, then she left the door open when she was done....mind you, I'm not clothed?? Come pay time. She asks me how much I want to tip and I said $12 (this was $1 less than 20% which I believe is still kind considering I wasn't pleased) and she says "$15 ok?" And I said "no, I said $12" and she grunts and says "oh my gosh." And storms off after giving me my card back. From beginning to end I wasn't pleased and then was hassled for a greater than 20% tip. Will certainly not be coming back.
