A Close friend and brilliant listener, Jess has done absolute wonders helping me not just understand myself, but also how to control and remove those feelings that I'm either embarrassed or not happy about. Not only this, she helped me realise that it's okay, and that not everything about this was in my control. To hear words like that made me feel a lot more confident about myself, and how I wanted to go forward. Over the course of a year, I have had countless appointments rescheduled, forgotten or cancelled all together, with or without my knowledge. It can take weeks to be seen again, and it's not guaranteed that the appointment will even happen. It is an ordinary and consistent narrative to be given the run around, via numerous excuses, to justify why these events are so repetitive, but nothing ever changes. Based on the consistency of these events I now understand how unprofessional this "company" truly is. They have no semblance of accountability and will waste your time, and God forbid you are in need of a referral letter. I was "on the schedule" to meet with the doctor who would be providing me surgical letters for literal MONTHS and have yet to receive a proper phone call from her, nor can I confirm that she even exists. The way they handle buisness is INCREDIBLY shady. This group will waste your time and keep you guessing, please DO NOT do buisness with these people. They are by far the MOST unprofessional practice I have yet to meet thus far in mental healthcare, period

I agree with other's statements about office policies…read more Billing is a nightmare, they don't always go through your insurance properly then charge your card on file for the full non-discounted rate. And - I am currently showing a balance for an invoice that they billed my card on file for. If I didn't check, I would have paid it twice. The patient portal is AWFUL. You cannot select text or calls for notifications, only email. I received a call initially to reschedule an appt due to the provider needing to cancel (after it took weeks to get an appt). All subsequent communication was via the portal - all portal notifications were via EMAIL...literally no option for texting...it's 2025. The portal is via a website and not an app. Calling the desk to deal with appts is no better, and even then if they make subsequent changes it's all via the portal/email. The office is very unprofessionally run. Love my provider, but since I'm seeing them for ADHD...the office policies are an additional challenge I do not need.

I know a lot of you may read the reviews and think "it can't be that bad can it" the billing…read moredepartment is really that bad. They will charge your card for items that you have paid through your HSA and then still take your HSA money. They double bill, they overcharge, and they shift your appointments without notice. Please don't be like me and think "nah this won't happen to me" it will happen to you and you'll waste so so much money on this place.

They are not receiving the care and kindness and thoughtfulness needed by a hospice facility. Why I chose James River? Simple. On their website they posted personal letters, written by patients and their family. From the first phone call you felt warmth, compassion and a can do attitude. There was never a question too small or trivial. Never a time when you felt you were a bother. Just the admitting kindness alone was a weight off of our hearts. Thank you Mary. Unfortunately, my loved one never made it out of the hospital and into the loving care of James River. However, when I am in need if home hospice care again, this is the only place I will choose.

I'll be honest, I didn't know what to expect going into that Zoom call. All I knew is that I had a knot in my stomach telling me that I was gonna say something so bad that even Jeski A., my sex coach, wouldn't have heard of it. Luckily for me I think that she took note of my uneasiness and immediately went about putting me at ease in the most unexpected way... She just talked to me. It didn't seem like she was talking about much that had to do with the way I was feeling, that is until I was somewhere around the 15 minute mark and I was just telling her about the very thing that was making my stomach turn. I will not be graphic here but lets just say that I had been having a hard time accepting my role in a kink D/s relationship dynamic or the role I secretly wanted to be anyway in addition to trying to learn to accept what I've come to learn is actually a pretty common fetish which Jeski was sure to tell me too. Ms. Jeski didn't just make light of it and reassure me though it felt like that was what she had done at first but then I realized that she had seemingly made light of it because she was showing me that it truly was no big deal. Millions of men around the world enjoy the same two things that I enjoyed and they were no less manly because of it. So glad coach Jeski is finally taking advertising her business seriously and putting it out here on Yelp and Google and what not. Ever since I had my first free 15 minute consultation with her I have been wanting to tell the world about this woman and how real her help is. From the start she has approached me and issues with this sense of open mindedness and a welcoming tone that makes my issues seem like they are not so big of a deal when before I found her I was stressing over sex and my issues with experiencing it so badly that I just forcing myself to be celibate to avoid the embarrassment of it all. After I saw her on instagram especially her story on instagram that made her seem so down to earth followed by the free 15 minute consultation she was advertising s I figured I had nothing to really lose. So I went to her website and filled out the form and had an appointment within 2 days. I'm so glad I went through with it and didn't fake being someone else or lie about my issues like I thought about doing at first. Jeski was spot on and empathetic from the start and I was booking my first paid session before I ever got off the phone with her. I've seen her 3 times since then during which time I have actually begun to see a woman romantically when I had been single beforehand for 4 and a half years. I attribute this to the coach's help.
