When I brought up this issue, I'm not sure if they took me seriously and checked their website. By this time, the latest slots were 5:45 and 9PM. We arrived and decided to order a la carte rather than their set menu of $55. We ordered the bread (large piece that can easily be shared between two people), sardine app (nice and light), chicken liver mousse (needs more bread, maybe something else for a bit more texture), broccoli, pappardelle (best pasta we had, cooked perfectly), bucatini (disappointing compared to pappardelle because it didn't have the same depth of flavor), lemon and pistachio semifreddo (delicious!) and sheep's milk panna cotta (a bit sour if you've never had sheep's milk.
