Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my massage. The entire experience felt extremely…read morerushed, like he was just trying to get through the appointment rather than actually provide a relaxing experience. He moved so quickly throughout the massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When it came time for the hot stones, there was no warning or even a simple "hot stone" before placing one directly on me, which caught me completely off guard. Then, when he was wiping the oil off, he was so rough and fast that I honestly felt like a wet dog being dried off after a bath. That is the best way I can describe it. The only part I actually enjoyed was when he worked the knots out of my traps. He did a good job with that, and I want to give him credit for it. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the massage that felt good. I still left a generous tip for my massage, but overall I left feeling very disappointed. A massage should feel relaxing and unrushed, and this was the complete opposite experience for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

During my massage she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and checked that the pressure was comfortable for me. I booked the body scrub and massage combo along with the foot reflexology, and it was AMAZING. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I also really loved that this is a more private, one-on-one experience rather than a large, busy massage place. You never feel rushed Ms. Nikki really takes her time and makes the experience feel personal. As a stay-at-home mom who rarely gets real time to myself, I didn't realize how badly I needed this until I walked out feeling like a completely different person. To all the busy, exhausted, overworked moms out there: you deserve some Ms. Nikki time! I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Miss Nikki, for such a wonderful and much-needed experience! ‍

She screamed, "This has happened many times to me and you need to pay me"!!, I calmly showed her the transaction on my phone which was pending, she then again screamed at me "SEE YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME"!!!! I said ok I'll call me bank , talked to the bank rep , payment was pending because the WOMAN typed the wrong Zelle info , I had to cancel the payment and she reentered her information, this time I told her don't blame me if you enter your information wrong again , then she had the nerve to say, "DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE TIP" I told her no way I'm going to tip you I walk out and told her I was very displeased with her service
